Hi, Lisa - It is likely that your Deruta-style coffee mugs are from Torgiano near Perugia (hence the Pg abbreviation). Torgiano is located in the Italian region of Umbria, and is best known for its wine and olive oil -- not ceramics, but I am not familiar with a ceramic location called Corgiano with a "c". I am more familiar with the Deruta pieces so for the most accurate assessment, I would contact a seasoned Italian majolica retailer such as Biordi in San Francisco. Perhaps you can give them a call.

I came across two coffee mugs that look very like Deruta but instead of Deruta, have Paci Corgiano (Pg) on the bottom. How can I find who made these? Might be Torgiano but looks like a C

Lisa, I wonder which pattern your cup and saucer are. You can even take a picture of them with your phone and send them to me. Glad you were amused :-)
